Our Team

Our highly qualified, multidiscipliniary team with more than 60 consultants, has experience in companies, the media, consulting and agencies. Our various educational backgrounds in business administration, journalism, media and communication sciences, pedagogy, sociology, political sciences and business psychology, coupled with professional experience in companies from a range of industries, in print and new media, in consulting and in agencies, give us a broad pool of knowledge and experience.

We have many international colleagues in our team. Almost all of us studied internationally and also worked abroad, at least for a certain time period. Many years of experience with special situations and change processes, when change management and communications become crucial for the company's success, enable us to quickly grasp our clients’ individual needs and to draw up made-to-measure solutions for their specific demands - regarding all tasks, from consultation to conception to the implementation of the different individual measures.
