Liability for contents
All contents of our internet offer have been created and checked with the utmost care. However, we do not guarantee that the contents of our own website are correct, complete and up to date at all times. According to § 7 para. 1 TMG we are responsible as a service provider for our own content of our website under the general laws. There is no obligation to monitor third-party transmitted or stored information pursuant to §§ 8-10 TMG. This does not affect obligations to remove or block the use of information that arise from the general laws. However, we will remove content of the aforementioned type immediately if we become aware of any legal violations. Liability can only be assumed from the time we become aware of a concrete infringement.
Liability for links
Our pages contain links to external websites of third parties. We have no influence on the content of the linked websites. Accordingly, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or site operator is always responsible for the content of the linked websites. The linked websites were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. However, no legal infringements were identifiable at that time. A permanent check of all contents of the linked websites cannot be implemented without concrete indications of a legal violation. Nevertheless, we will remove links immediately if we become aware of any infringements.

In addition, product designations, illustrations, logos and manufacturer names are also partially subject to the copyright of third parties. The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation to send advertising and information material not expressly requested is hereby prohibited.
