Successfully shaping the realignment with a new corporate mission and values
As part of the realignment, the company's goal is to develop a new big picture that engages the management team and the entire workforce in the group's goals and points to a shared direction. For this purpose, it was necessary to develop a new mission statement, formulate values, design the roll-out, and provide communicative support throughout the process.
Project
cetacea provides support with a team of several people on site over a period of 1.5 years
cetacea, in collaboration with the top management, develops a new corporate mission statement (big picture, vision, and values) and implements it through a company-wide cascading workshop series. All executives are involved in the process, and the initiative is supported with communication measures (content and visual) to ensure their active participation and engagement.

Successful anchoring of the new mission statement throughout the group of companies:

Procedure
cetacea takes on the development and roll-out of the new mission statement in close coordination with the company management.
At the beginning of the realignment, the focus is on developing a new mission statement for the group of companies in close cooperation with the board and top management. This mission statement will showcase the goals internally and externally and define new corporate values that describe the future cooperation within the organization. cetacea designs the change story and a big picture that outlines and makes the reasons for the realignment clear and comprehensible.
To roll out the new mission statement throughout the company and create a sense of enthusiasm, cetacea designs and implements a cascading workshop series for all executives and their teams. The aim is to empower all managers to implement the mission statement, collectively communicate the company's goals to the departments, and derive concrete change impulses.
Furthermore, cetacea develops and implements a communication concept to accompany the roll-out. In addition to implementing targeted communication measures, the focus is particularly on mobilizing the entire organization.
